The discovery that led to the BridgeSelling™ Framework
Before launching BridgeSelling™, Jonny Holsten spent years helping companies clarify their marketing message. The leads got better. The pipeline grew. But revenue didn't always follow because the problem wasn't just marketing.
Sellers were burning good leads. Conversations stalled. Deals that should have closed didn't. So Jonny started listening to call recordings. After listening to hundreds of calls, he realized that when a buyer didn’t advance, it was always due to one of six reasons.
That realization led to the creation of our methodology, designed around what the best conversations had in common and what the worst ones were missing. What makes the BridgeSelling™ Framework so effective is its designed to be simple to learn, easy to follow, and customizable to every business in ways most sales frameworks aren’t.

Jonny Holsten - Founder & CEO
Jonny has spent his career helping companies improve messaging and sales performance. He created the BridgeSelling™ Framework after seeing too many reps struggle to close deals without a clear plan. Today, Jonny equips sales teams with a clear, repeatable process that builds buyer trust and closes more deals without losing the human touch.
He lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife, two kids, and two boxers.
Erin Fults - Director of Strategy and Training
Erin brings over 19 years of business experience, having started and operated two businesses. As a seasoned facilitator and trainer, she helps sales reps confidently apply the BridgeSelling™ Framework in a way that aligns with their personality, enhances their communication skills, and ultimately drives revenue growth.
Erin lives in Mississippi with her husband and three children. She enjoys hosting friends and family, reading, and cheering her kids on at their games and performances.
